A: Monarch Properties manages any type of residential property which includes single-family homes, townhomes, multi-plexes, and multi-family units.

A: Monarch Properties focuses entirely on its Owners and Tenants. While most of our competitors are traditional real estate brokerages with property management being a side job, we at Monarch Properties focus on our rental properties, whether placing tenants or creating a listing and helping our tenants purchase a property. We provide detailed marketing campaigns to get your property the maximum exposure it deserves. Also, we run national criminal and credit background checks as well as income, employment and rental verification on all prospective tenants. We sign the lease agreements with the tenants, enforce the lease agreements, collect rents, disburse rents and aggressively pursue tenants if they have not paid on time. In addition, we inspect your property multiple times throughout the year to check for exterior and interior maintenance and/or damage. We offer in-house maintenance solutions and have proven preferred vendors to help with any repairs. Lastly, we do provide eviction services in the unlikely event one is needed.

A: Monarch Properties has a comprehensive and simplistic fee structure. We have a low one time start up fee which covers all of your advertising until we find an initial tenant for you. Our monthly management fee cover 24 hours x 7 days a week x 365 days per year.
